This week our Music Department took a group of students to the Symphony Hall in Birmingham to watch the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra perform a concert of live music.

They enjoyed a wide range of music including ‘Harry’s Wonderous World’ (From Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone), ‘Bolero’ and ‘Soul Bossa Nova’. The students were extremely well behaved and came away inspired by the different instruments of the orchestra and the world of live music.
