To understand how to make appropriate decisions for Key Stage 4 in relation to post-16 and post-18 options.

Objective:

To develop knowledge, skills and understanding of the workplace and prepare for their work experience placement, either virtually or face-to-face.

Outcomes:

 

To understand how to write effective applications.

To gain an understanding of the local labour market in relation to careers.

To learn about different post-16 career pathways, including T levels and Apprenticeships, local training providers and local Colleges.

To practice interview techniques in advance of work experience interviews.
